Privacy Policy
Effective July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Flojelis (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, software, and related services (the “Services”). It applies to Tenants (rental businesses using Flojelis), their staff users, visitors to flojelis.com, and people who interact with Tenant storefronts we host.

1. Roles: Flojelis vs Tenant businesses
Flojelis provides multi-tenant software. When you book or contact a specific rental business through their Flojelis-powered storefront, that business (the “Tenant”) typically decides why your contact and event details are collected for their rental. Flojelis processes that information to provide the Services to the Tenant.
Flojelis also collects some information for our own purposes (accounts, security, billing, product analytics, and marketing of Flojelis itself), as described below.
If you are an End Customer and want to access, correct, or delete booking-related data, start with the Tenant you booked — they often control that relationship. You may also contact us at hello@flojelis.com and we will help as required by law and our agreements with Tenants.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account and profile data: name, email, password or auth tokens, organization membership, role;
- Business profile: company name, slug, branding (logo, colors), public contact details, service area, hours;
- Operational data: inventory, packages, bookings, blocked dates, availability settings, crew assignments, notes;
- End Customer data submitted via storefronts or admin entry: name, email, phone, address, event details, acknowledgments, preferences;
- Communications content: inquiry messages, email/SMS metadata related to notifications;
- Payment-related data: billing email, subscription status, and limited payment metadata from processors (card numbers are typically handled by the payment provider, not stored by Flojelis in full);
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar technologies;
- Support communications you send us.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services;
- Create and manage Tenant organizations and staff access;
- Process booking workflows, availability, and notifications as instructed by Tenants;
- Send transactional messages (and marketing only where permitted and opted-in as required);
- Bill and collect fees, prevent fraud and abuse;
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms;
- Analyze product usage in aggregate or de-identified form;
- Contact Tenants about product updates, security, and early access (with opt-out for non-essential marketing).
5. Multi-tenant isolation
Tenant operational data is intended to be organization-scoped. Staff for one Tenant should not access another Tenant’s catalog or bookings through normal product use. No security system is perfect; please report suspected unauthorized access immediately to hello@flojelis.com.
7. Retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Tenants may request export or deletion of organization data subject to backup cycles, legal holds, and residual copies needed for security or compliance.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws), you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing or sharing. To exercise rights regarding Flojelis-controlled data, email hello@flojelis.com. We may need to verify your identity.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights as prohibited by applicable law.
We do not currently “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide required notices/opt-outs.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have collected such information.
11. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
13. Contact
Privacy questions or requests: hello@flojelis.com.
